Projects:Anime/Manga Pages

Hello everyone, up until this point Jpop Stop! has mainly contained pages relating to music. As we are the replacedment for the asian pop culture wiki, thePPN, I think it's about time we got started on working on more anime, manga, and manga-ka pages. I can't do it all by myself, so please join in and help make this wiki the one-stop asian pop culture shop! If you have questions or suggestions, just let me know on the talk page.

Objective

 • Making well organized pages for different anime and manga series.
 • Making pages for other aspects of the industry such as manga-kas, anime studios, manga magazines, and publishing companies.
 • Making a weekly manga sales chart (simialr to the weekly Oricon charts).
 • Keeping all these pages up to date.

Title of series and go into a little background about it. When the manga/anime started, where it was
published. How many episodes/volumes, and who created it. Also if their is information on an American license,
add it as well.

Synopsis
<short description of story>

Characters/Cast
Here you list the characters or just in the cast in a series. Cast is used for an anime (if you don't feel like
writing about the characters), just listing their seiyuu and character. Characters sections can be used in both
anime and manga pages, but they provide more information on the character. If there are many characters, you
can divided them into separate groups such as:

Main Characters
* Romaji Name (Kanji): Info & Seiyuu
Student Counsil
* Romaji Name (Kanji): Info & Seiyuu
Shinigami
* Romaji Name (Kanji): Info & Seiyuu

Music
Talk about the music for the series. What label provides it, what songs and artists, and the episodes they were
used in.

; Opening themes
* Artist - "Song" (episodes 1-26)
* Artist - "Song" (episodes 27-32)

; Ending themes
* Artist - "Song" (episodes 1-13)
* Artist - "Song" (episodes 14-32)

Works== or if only a manga, you could use ==Tankobon
List the manga volumes, artbooks, and CDs in our general format

If released in more than one country you can list them like this:

Japan
*[2010.11.21] To Bloom

United States
*[2010.11.21] Volume One

Formatting

 • Pages should be made in the name of the orginal Japanese series such as: Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu (instead of The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi) and Bishojo Senshi Sailor Moon (instead of Sailor Moon). If they do have an alternative title, make sure to create a redirect for the page.
 • Use Family Name Given Name order, and usually refer to a character by their family name. If a series takes place with many family members, you can use given names as to avoid confusion.
