Rashinban is the third mini-album released by Shinko Syukyo Gakudan NoGoD. It is their last indies release of original content with ART POP ENTERTAINMENT; the band would later sign with major label KING RECORDS in the summer of 2010. This was released in two different versions: a limited CD+DVD edition and a regular CD only edition. The limited edition comes with a DVD of the PV for the mini-album's main promotional track "Mr.HEAVEN". The version of the song on Rashinban differs from the single that was sold at lives two moths before. The mini-album reached #240 on the major Oricon charts, where it charted for a week.
