6.21 Jiken is the third live DVD released by GO!GO!7188. This was released in two different versions: a limited edition and a regular edition. It features footage from their concert at Hibiya Open Air Concert Hall. The DVD reached #21 on the Oricon weekly charts, where it stayed for three weeks.
