SEEK was a Japanese rock band from 1988 to 1996.

After their formation in 1988, SEEK started to play at various live houses and pedestrian malls around Tokyo. In 1989, the band was suppose to appear on the show Miyake Yuji no Ikasu Band Tengoku but had to withdraw from the show when their bassist at the time decided to quit. But, they weren't without a bassist for long as they asked Ginji to be apart of SEEK.

The band released their first major single in the 1994, entitled "Teenage Cry", on the label Sony Music Entertainment. After releasing three singles and one album, SEEK decided to breakup in 1996.
