Information
Saito Rei got her first taste of show business when she enrolled in a NHK play when she was in elementary school. She continued to live her dream of a stage actress and continued to play many roles and drama productions in high school. Soon after graduating from high school, Saito appeared in her first musical Tokyo Kid Brothers and a bunch of television movies. She was most popular in 90s for playing Sailor Pluto in the Sera Myu musicals.
In 2001, she appeared in her first series Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger as the main female villain Tsuetsue. After Gaoranger, she put out her first nude photobook, shocking her former Gaoranger cast members and Japan. She also appeared in her first anime film as a voice actress in the movie Kochira Katsushika-ku Kameari Kōen-mae Hashutsujo in 2003.
