"Spurt!" is the 13th single released by Matsumoto Rica. It was used as the fifth opening theme to the anime Pokémon Advanced, and b-side was used as the series' seventh ending theme. "Watashi, Makenai! ~Haruka no Theme~" is also Haruka's image song; KAORI was the seiyuu of the character. The single reached #53 on the Oricon weekly charts, charted for four weeks, selling 4,007 copies.
