"Summer Sweet / Kizuna" is the second Japanese single released by SHU-I. It was released in two versions: a regular CD-only edition and a limited CD+DVD edition. The first press of both editions came with one random of six jacket-sized cards (different sets). "Summer Sweet" was used as ending theme song for the TV show King's Brunch, while "Kizuna" was used as ending theme song for the anime Tamagotchi!. The single reached #11 on Oricon charts, and charted for 2 weeks.
