"Tokyo Rinkai Anastasia ~Ao no Yume~" is the third single released by Lolita 23q. This is the second part in a two month consecutive single release campaign, the first part was the single "Tokyo Kinku Baveltower ~Aka no Yume~". This is also a limited release having only 2,000 copies. The tracklist was later placed on the compilation album "MEMORIAL 2005-2006 Lolita 23q". The single reached #2 on the indies Oricon chart, and #106 on the major Oricon chart where it charted for a week.
