Twinkle star BEST 2006-2009 is the first best-of and fourth overall album released by Kra. It was released because Kra was moving from KING RECORDS to PS COMPANY's own label PS music. The best album encompasses their career with KING RECORDS from 2006's mini-albums Hoshizora Ressha no Kiteki wo Kikinagara and Krabian Night to 2009's single "bird". It also includes the track "Rekka", which was only released as a PV on Kra's first music video DVD, Kraction, in October of 2008. The album reached #175 on the Oricon weekly charts, where it charted for a week and sold 801 copies.
