Usami Yukari (宇沙美ゆかり) is a former idol singer and actress. Usami got her start in the world of show business when she passed the talent audition for Sky Corporation at her hometown. Soon after, Usami debuted in the movie Miyuki after passing the screen test audition for the movie. She would also debut as an idol singer in 1984 under the label Pony Canyon with the single "Aoi Takan Ki". Her catchphrase during this period was "Throbbing Typhoon" (Tokimeki Typhoon).

Usami suddenly retired in 1985 and return home after becoming very overwhelmed. She is currently a Radio DJ for a radio station in Okinawa.
