"You Your You" is Z-1's second single. First pressings of the single came with a trading card that features each member on four different cards. The title track was used for the as an ending theme for the NTV show Toriaezu Ii Kanji and as a theme song for the Toshiba Battery "Alkali 1" commercials. The single reached #95 the weekly Oricon charts and charted for one week.
