Information

"Body Feels EXIT" is the debut solo single recorded by Amuro Namie This is her first release since leaving Toshiba-EMI and her group SUPER MONKEYS (their final two singles were billed solely as Amuro Namie) and joining avex trax. It is also her first time working with producer Komuro Tetsuya, who would go one to be her key collaborator until 2001. The track is a Eurobeat styled dance song that used as the Taito "X-55" commerical song. It was later covered by various artists such as Eurobeat artist Virginelle and Japanese pop singer ANZA.

The single was released in both am 8cm CD and vinyl format. It reached #3 on the weekly Oricon chart, and countinied to rank for a total of 19 weeks. This single sold 510,880 copies, becoming the #70 single of 1995. It also sold 370,760 copies in 1996, becoming the #83 single of that year. In all it sold a total of 881,640 copies. The single was certified platinum by the RIAJ for over 400,000 copies sold.[1]
