"Rakuen PROJECT" is the second single released by Ray, and first under her new label Warner Home Video. It was released in two versions: a limited CD+DVD edition and a regular CD edition. The song was used as the opening theme for the anime series To Love-ru Darkness. The single reached #22 on the weekly Oricon chart, and it continued to rank for a total of eight weeks.
