"Body Feels EXIT" is the debut solo single recorded by Amuro Namie This is her first release since leaving Toshiba-EMI and her group SUPER MONKEYS (their final two singles were billed as Amuro Namie) and joining avex trax. It is also her first time working with producer Komuro Tetsuya, who would go one to be her key collaborator until 2001. The track was used as the Taito "X-55" commerical song. It was later covered by various Eurobeat artists such as Virginelle.

The single was released in both am 8cm CD and vinyl format. It reached #3 on the weekly Oricon chart, and countinied to rank for a total of 19 weeks. This single sold 510,880 copies, becoming the #70 single of 1995. It also sold 370,760 copies in 1996, becoming the #83 single of that year. In all it sold a total of 881,640 copies.

Choreography for the song was created by kaba of Komuro Tetsuya produced group dos.
