DOROTHY is Onitsuka Chihiro's fifth original album, and second on her Universal Music label. Unlike her previous album, DOROTHY was entirely produced by Sakamoto Masayuki. "STEAL THIS HEART" was the only song on the album other than the singles to get a PV, and the album had no other promotions. Despite this, it still reached #10 on the Weekly Oricon Charts.
The album is described as having the most unified sound out of all of Chihiro's albums, and is also noted as having her most complex and diverse arrangements to date. The album also shows the restrengthening of Chihirio's vocals, which were weakened from her throat surgery and emaciation during the LAS VEGAS era.
