FLOWER CIRCUS is the fifth indies and 10th overall album released by PENICILLIN. It is their third and last album to be released through the now defunct avex trax indies sub-label, HiBOOM. This was released in two different CD only versions. The limited edition comes with two randomly chosen out of a possible four tin badges. The CD jacket artwork is also chosen from two kinds (the one pictured above, and a blue flower). The album reached #44 on the major Oricon charts, where it charted for two weeks.
