"FLOWER CIRCUS" is the 10th album (third HiBOOM album) released by PENICILLIN. It is their last indies album. This was released in two different versions: a limited and a regular CD only editions. The limited edition comes with two, out of a possible four, randomly chosen tin badges. The CD jacket artwork is also chosen from two kinds (the one pictured above, and a blue flower). The album reached #44 on the Oricon chart, where it charted for two weeks.
