"I HAVE NEVER SEEN" is the tenth single released by Amuro Namie This is her first single since "Dreaming I was dreaming" before her year long hiatus. It was used as the theme song for the NTV dorama Yonigeya Honpo. This is her first single released leading up to her third studio album GENIUS 2000.
This single reached #1 on the weekly Oricon chart, and continued to rank for 12 weeks. It sold 657,250 copies, becoming the #29 single of 1999. This is Amuro's ninth single to reach #1, and her last until 2008's "60s 70s 80s". The single was certified double platinum by the RIAJ.
