Igarashi Kohta started his musical career in 1987 when he joined the rock band [[T.V]]. His first appearance was on their mini-album, ''[[Topping Voice]]'', which was produced by [[CHAR]]. He stayed with the band for two years until they disbanded in 1989. Not much was seen of Igarashi for the next couple of years. He ended up playing on the [[THE HEART]]'s fourth studio album ''[[Acacia (THE HEART album)|Acacia]]'' and on [[GERARD]]'s ''[[Rony of Fate|RONY OF FATE]]'' in 1991.
