"Katatsumuri Samba" is [[Onyanko Club]]'s ninth single. It reached #1 on the [[Oricon]] charts and charted for five weeks, selling 72,000 copies. Although the single reached #1, it was the lowest selling #1 single on it's debut week, selling only 41,720 copies. Onyanko Club didn't keep this record for long as [[Oginome Yoko]]'s single "[[Sayonara no Kajitsu-tachi]]" would become the new record holder when it was released a month after "Katatsumuri Samba".
