"Lady Luck / Dilly Dally" is AFTERSCHOOL's fourth Japanese single. It was released in three editions, two limited CD+DVD versions, and a regular edition. First press for each version comes with a random (1 of 9) trading card. The single only includes original Japanese songs. Each song has a tie-in : "Lady Luck" was used as CM theme song for Samantha Thavasa's "ALL STARS" campaign, "Dilly Dally" for a Rexena CM, and "SLOW LOVE" for an Eyeful Home CM.
