Muto Chiharu (武藤千春) is a member of EXILE's 9 member sister group FLOWER. She is one of the group's vocalists, and was chosen through a nationwide audition process called "EXILE Presents VOCAL BATTLE AUDITION3 ~For Girls~", out of 30,000 applicants. She was announced as one of the group's vocalists in an E-girls show on May 14, 2011 held at SHIBUYA-AX along with the other winners of the vocal audition.
