Spermargarita is the third consecutive mini-album released by the GazettE. It was released just a month after Akuyuukai. It was re-released in 2005. "Wakaremichi" was already released as a single and was re-recorded and included on the mini-album. The entire mini-album was later included on the GazettE's first best album Dainippon Itan Geishateki Noumiso Gyaku Kaiten Zekkyou Ongenshuu.
The original release of the mini-album reached #78 on the Oricon overall charts and #4 on the indies chart. The 2005 reissue didn't chart on the Oricon charts.
