Information

This Armor is Onitsuka Chihiro's second album. It was released after only two singles had been released; infection / LITTLE BEAT RIFLE and Ryuuseigun. Furthermore, four other songs were promoted from the album. ROLLIN' was used as the TV show Kanbai Gekijou's ending theme song, Ibara no Umi was used as the movie Gunjou no Yoru no Hane Moufu's theme song and Our Song was used as the Nestlé Bright CM song. The album reached #3 in Oricon charts and charted for 24 weeks. This Armor sold 490,940 units in 2002, making it the #34 album for 2002. In total, This Armor sold 510,000 units. Interestingly, a song called A Horse and Queen was planned for release on the album, however it was decided to be removed later on as it didn't fit the theme of the album. In its place is Arrow of Pain from Onitsuka's Gekkou single. A Horse and Queen was performed on Onitsuka's "Live Vibe 2002" tour, but it wasn't released until Onitsuka's 4th and comeback album, 2007's LAS VEGAS.
