ULTRA BLUE is Utada Hikaru's 4th studio album in Japan. ULTRA BLUE debuted at #1 on the Oricon charts and sold 500,317 copies in its first week sales. Worldwide, it has sold over 1.3 million copies, however it failed to reach the one-million mark in physicals sales in Japan, her only Japanese Studio album to do so.
