Yasui Kazumi (安井かずみ) was a former Japanese lyricists. After graduating from college, Yasui would start to write lyrics for many artis including Ito Yukari, which the song Oshaberi na Shinju won Yasui's first won for Best Lyrics at the 7th Annual Japan Record Awards. Over the next three decades, Yasui would write over 4,000 song lyrics.

In 1977, Yasui would marry musician Ito Kazuhito. Sadly, Yasui died seventeen years later in 1994 due to lung cancer at the age of 55.
