Needless Lyrics is a Japanese rock band, formed by 3 former ACID members with a new vocalist.

- Sakagami Mizuki : Vocal
- Sato Daisuke : Guitar

History
At the end of 2008, ACID lost 2 members; vocalist Junpei and guitarist Masamitsu. The remaining 3 members decided to stay together as a new band with a new vocalist. After few discussions, they decided to pick Daisuke's former bandmate, Mizuki. Now that the vocalist is changed, the music style is also changed, and they dropped the name ACID, adopting Needless Lyrics as their new name.
