deeps (ディープス) was a Japanese pop idol group from 1997 to 2002. After 1999, the group was also known as dps.

The group got their name from Izichi, who got their name "deeps" from his other group SPEED (as deeps is backwards from the word speed). The group released their first single, entitled "Love is Real", soon after their formation. But soon after, HIRO left the group and was replaced by ERI. This changed didn't hurt the group as their second single, "Happiness", became the group's first hit as it sold over 100,000 copies.
