SPLASH was a Japanese pop idol unit from 1997 to 1998 under the label Pony Canyon. Formally named J-Mix, they opened their own theatre production in 1997, entitled DREAMQUEST. The group then changed their name to SPLASH when they debuted their first single, "Memory & Melody", a year later. But, the group disbanded for unknown reasons after releasing their second single.
