CUTIE CINEMA REPLAY is the second studio album released by capsule, and their first released through their own YAMAHA sub-label contemode. Unlike the rest of capsule's releases, the majority of the songs on the tracklist features a collaborative artist; the group talked to each artist themselves and asked if they wanted to participate. The album's sound ranges from pikopiko electro to bossa nova, even to other genres, all in the category of stylish lounge pop.[1] Nakata Yasutaka was in charge of the artwork and design.
