"Rhythm" is the first digital single released by Alice. The title track was used as a push song on Ryuha-R and a power play song on Happy Music in March 2011.
The single was originally scheduled to be released on March 30th as a physical CD with the B-sides "OH-NO!!" and "Laugh", but it was canceled and changed to a digital single due to the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami.
