"GOTHIC LOLITA PROPAGANDA" is [[Yousei Teikoku]]'s first best-of album. The album features the singles from "[[Ashita wo Yurushite]]" to "[[Valkyrja]]". Two tracks, "[[Fortuna]] and "[[Last Moment|last moment]]" were originally taken from [[Last Moment (Yousei Teikoku album)|Mai-HiME Unmei no Keitouju Original Soundtrack - last moment]] album while "[[Labyrinth (Yousei Teikoku)|Labyrinth]]" was originally taken from [[Owari no Shishuu ~Tsui no Utashuu~]]. The album reached #52 on the [[Oricon]] weekly charts and charted for six weeks.
