LONG SHOT PARTY is a Japanese six-piece ska band, formed in Sendai, 1998. They debuted in 2000 with the independent mini-album MAKING OURSELF UNDERSTOOD IN OUR SOUNDS. In 2007, they singed with Sony Music Entertainment and made their major debut with the single "distance" in January 2008. The music distance was used as the theme for the second opening of the anime NARUTO Shippuuden.
