VERSUS is the debut album released by -OZ-, released five years after their formation. This was released in a CD+DVD only format. The DVD is of the PV for track #2 "FILMY". It was released a week later in Europe through German record label CLJ Records. The Euro edition comes with two extra live clips on the DVD, "Shangrila" and "ATHENA". It also includes an additional booklet with the lyrics transliterated in Romaji and translated into English.
