GRASS VALLEY (グラスバレー) was a Japanese rock band from 1986 to 1992. The band formed when Deguchi and Nishida met each other at an amateur band contest in 1984. Soon after, Nishida and Deguchi would joined together to creat their own band and got Kamiryo to join to play the drums. They made their debut in 1986 but didn't make their major debut until a year later when they released the single FREEZIN’. But three years later, Kamiryo would quit the band as the band broke up in 1992.
