Utsumi Kazuko (内海和子) is a J-Pop singer and Onyanko Club member #13.

Kazuko first appeared in various doramas in the 1970s as a child actress. Then in 1985, she auditioned for Onyanko Club during college in the Fuji TV sponsored The Scout Idol wo Sagase! audition. Soon after, she sang main vocals on many of Onyanko Club's song, including the single "Sailor Fuku wo Nugasanaide".
She debuted as a solo artist in 1986 with the single "Aoi Memories". She graduated from Onyanko Club a year later in April but preformed at the last concert in August. After the breakup of Onyanko Club, she was very successful in becoming a talent.
She got married in 1994 and announced that she would retired from show business. But, in 2002, she and other former members of Onyanko Club reunited and released a single together.
