This was released to signal Amano's retirement as a singer, which she would return to in two years time. ''NOISE'' is an indies best of, and contains tracks released in 2001 along with two new tracks: "[[Noise (Amano Tsukiko song)|NOISE]]" and "[[Sakana (Amano Tsukiko)|Sakana]]". Though this was advertised as a mini-album, it is over 30 minitues long, making it an album. "[[Noise (Amano Tsukiko song)|NOISE]]" was used as the ending theme song of the [[Wikipedia:Wii|Wii]] game ''[[Rei ~Gesshoku no Kamen~]]''.
