Seira (星羅) is a Japanese fashion model and pop singer-song writer managed by Newcome. In 2007, she was chosen by PS Company from an audition of 1000 participants to be their exclusive model. Seira debuted as a model in the same year under her real name, Nishikawa Seira (西川星羅). In October 2008, she released her debut independent single "He's in love with her.". In 2009, Seira singed with DefSTAR RECORDS and made her major debut with the single "Suuji to Koi".
