- Information
First is the debut studio album and first mini-album released by Midori. This is the band's second release to have the title "First" with the other being their first demo tape. This is the band's first and only release to feature their upright electric bassist, Tsurugi Jujin. The upright bass gave the band a heavier jazz influence than their previous releases. The song "Romantic Natsu Mode" was used as a radio single to promote the album, and the band released a music video for it. The songs "Wasshoi." and "POP" were previously released on the band's second demo tape. The mini-album did not chart the Oricon chart.
