It is a special NANA concept album released near the end run of the first series of the NANA anime. The album was released solely in CD+DVD and limited to 50,000 copies and was released on the same day as a similar ANNA TSUCHIYA inspi' NANA (BLACK STONES) released by Tsuchiya Anna. It includes two live versions of "a little pain" and "Wish" in addition to a previously unpublished song. The DVD includes live performances at the "NANA SPECIAL STREET LIVE" held at Shinjuku Station Square, as wel as an animation clip of "a little pain". In addition to the CD, the DVD contains live performances of "a little pain" and SpidERƧpins at the "NANA SPECIAL STREET LIVE" as well as an animation clip of "a little pain". The first press of the album features a Trapnest original poster. The song Winter sleep was used as the fourth ending theme song to the NANA anime (for the 43rd and 44th episodes).
