Information

"a little pain" is the ninth single recorded by OLIVIA, and it is her first Character single as OLIVIA inspi' REIRA (TRAPNEST). It is the first since her hiatus after 2004's The Lost Lolli and her first Japanese language release since 2002's single "Into The Stars". "a little pain" is a character song for REIRA the singer of TRAPNEST in the anime series NANA, where is was used as the first ending theme. It was released alongside ANNA inspi' NANA (BLACK STONES)'s sister Character single "rose" (which was used as the first opening theme). The two B-sides are non-character songs.

The first press of the CD+DVD edition of the single included a logo sticker, while the first press of the CD edition included a double jacket sticker. "a little pain" was originally written in English before changing the lyrics to Japanese.
