"Perfect Girls / To The Top"'s is the 20th single released by Dream, but the first released as a six member group. This is also the groups first single to be released under the Rhythm Republic label. The single comes in one format, CD+DVD and is sold exclusively at Dream's live performances and through mu-mo. Perfect Girls is the theme of "Wangan Midnight: The Movie," a live-action film based on the popular "Wangan Midnight" manga. To The Top is the theme song of the Japanese DVD release of Prison Break Season 4.
