"PASSPORT / PARIS" is the 16th single released by MEG. It is her first double a-side single release since her 2002 release "Ikenai Koto Kai / Kasa to Shizuku". This was once again produced by Nakata Yasutaka, who had previously produced her album "MAVERICK" two months earlier. The single continued her trend of moving away from a stereotypical electro-pop image, with her fashion sense in particular.
