"BODY SYNDICATE" is dps's eighth single. This the first single not to be entirely produced by Ijichi Hiromasa as group parted ways with him. The title track was used as an ending theme for the Fuji TV variety show Sho Teki Dasoku Kouza. The single reached #53 on the weekly Oricon charts and charted for one week.
