"BITTER ＆ SWEET" is BENI's fourth studio album and first album under Universal Music Japan label. The album was released in two editions: a limited edition with a DVD containing her music videos and a CD only regular edition. This will be her first album to have a limited edition since Beni. In the first two weeks of sales of the album, it outsold her past albums sales altogether.
