Heisei Ishin (平成維新; Heisei Restoration) is a Japanese rock band of the visual-kei variety. The band was formed on June 20th, 2008 in Osaka under the indies label UNDER CODE PRODUCTION. Heisei Ishin's band concept is SECOND CULTURE.
