UNDER CODE PRODUCTION was an indie rock label that specialized in and signed artists of the visual-kei and oshare-kei variety. It was founded by musician KISAKI in March of 2003, after his previous label Matina ceased production in December of 2002. KISAKI is the executive producer of the label and produces all the bands releases, and also some acts not signed to UNDER CODE. The label also has two sub-labels; ROAD AWAKE, which is for metal and hard core bands, and HAUNTED HOUSE RECORDS, which was made for FLESH FOR FLANKENSTEIN. The headquaters are located in Osaka.

UNDER CODE PRODUCTION shut down in March of 2013.
