Precious Moment is Matsuda Seiko's 16th album. It was her first album only released in CD format and it'd first press came housed in a digipack,. For this album Matsuda didn't counted with her habitual lyricist Matsumoto Takashi, instead she wrote all the lyrics by herself. The album was re-edited in Blu-spec CD+DVD format in 2009. It reached #6 on Oricon charts and charted for 10 weeks, the Blu-spec re-edition reached #126 and charted for 1 week.
