Dazzle is Lee Soo Young's ninth album. The album was produced by Jo Kyu Man, and shows a dazzling showcase of both Lee's singing and songwriting talents as she wrote many of her songs. Actor Bae Soo Bin from "Brilliant Legacy" stars in the main song's music video, and features in another song, "Doobidooo". Hip-hop group Leessang also pops in as a featured artist on one of the album's songs.
