"PROMiSE" is the debut single released by MiChi, and it is her first major label release. The title track was used as the KDDI "au Smart Sports" and "music.jp" commercial song. "HEy GirL" was used as the Sony "Headphones XB" commercial song. "Fuck You And Your Money (ED BANGER ALL STARS remix)" is a remix of a song from MiChi's indie mini-album MiChi Madness, which was remixed by BUSY P & DSL at DSL LAB in Paris. The single reached #12 on the Oricon weekly charts, and stayed on the chart for a total of fourteen weeks. It became the #203 best selling single in 2008.
